By accessing or using Dhanio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the Dhanio platform operated by Influence Web Solution.
2.Key Definitions
- Dhanio:The mobile wallet and fintech platform at dhanio.co.in
- Main Wallet:Primary wallet for day-to-day transactions
- FD Wallet:Fixed deposit wallet with a chosen lock-in period
- Reward Wallet:Non-withdrawable rewards balance earned through usage
- User:Any registered individual using Dhanio
- Services:Recharge, bill payments, and all wallet features
- BBPS:Bharat Bill Payment System — the certified network used for bill payments
3.Account Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must be a resident of India
- You must have a valid Indian mobile number
- Only one account per individual is permitted
- You must provide accurate information during registration
4.Wallet Services
Main Wallet
- Add money via UPI or debit card
- Use for recharge, bill payments and peer transfers
- Withdrawal to linked bank account permitted
FD Wallet
- Funded from Main Wallet only
- Lock-in periods: 30, 60 or 90 days
- Premature withdrawal not permitted
- Interest credited on maturity along with principal
Reward Wallet
- Earned through successful transactions
- Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account
- Usable only within Dhanio services
5.Recharge and Bill Payments
- All services are processed through the BBPS certified network
- Mobile recharge: credited instantly for all major operators
- Bill payments: processed within 24 hours
- Failed transactions are auto-refunded to your Dhanio wallet within 24 hours
- Dhanio is not responsible for delays caused by telecom operators or utility companies
6.Refund Policy

7.Prohibited Activities
- Using fake or multiple accounts
- Conducting fraudulent transactions
- Attempting to exploit the reward or referral systems
- Any illegal financial activity
- Money laundering or suspicious transfers
8.Limitation of Liability
Dhanio is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers such as telecom operators and utility companies. Our maximum liability is limited to the transaction amount in question. Force majeure events are explicitly exempt from liability.
9.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.
